Outsourced AI department

Your AI department. Remote. Accountable.

You want AI to save time and grow the business. You’ve tried tools. Nothing really stuck — and nobody owns it. We do.

Remote AI help for US professional services firms and B2B agencies. We set up useful AI work on the systems you already use, then keep it running.

The gap

You paid for AI. It still isn’t helping day to day.

Maybe the team has ChatGPT. Someone set up a few automations. A freelancer built something once and left.

Sound familiar?

There’s no clear owner when something breaks

There’s no simple policy you can show a client or your board

Answers still live in Slack and buried folders

Leads go cold while the CRM stays messy

You’re too busy running the business to “figure out AI”

You don’t need another login. You need someone accountable for results.

Solution

isomorphic insights is your outsourced AI department

We find one real bottleneck in your business, put a working AI workflow in place on your accounts, and stay on as the team that keeps it working — monitoring, updates, training, and a clear plan.

Your usual IT partner can keep handling computers, email, and security basics. We focus on making AI useful for the business.

How it starts

1 · Prove it

AI Readiness Sprint

In 2–3 weeks we focus on one problem, ship one live workflow on your systems, and leave you with a simple AI policy draft and a 90-day plan.

2 · Run it

Managed AI Ops

We keep up to two workflows healthy, with monthly check-ins, cost visibility, and training for your team. Month-to-month after the Sprint.

Later (only if you outgrow that): AI Department — broader coverage when you’re ready. Most firms don’t start here.

What we usually fix first

  • An internal “ask the business” helper so people stop hunting through Drive, SharePoint, or Notion
  • Faster first replies to new leads and cleaner CRM follow-through

We don’t start with fancy forecasting or custom data science. That comes later — if and when your data is ready.

Good fit if

You’ve already paid for AI tools or a freelancer, and you can name one painful bottleneck (tribal knowledge or slow lead follow-up).

Not a fit if

You only want a cheap chatbot, won’t invest in a paid Sprint, or need advanced data-science projects in week one.

AI Department (later) — For firms that outgrow Managed AI Ops. Discussed only after the Sprint proves value — not the default start.

Context, not a hard sell: A junior AI hire often costs ~$12.5–17.5k/mo fully loaded — and still isn’t a full department. Managed AI Ops is a fraction of that, with experienced coverage from day one.

Process

How it works

Discovery (30–45 min)

We listen to the pain, check fit, and talk through your tools. No long strategy deck.

Sprint agreement ($3,500)

We lock one workflow, what “good” looks like, and access.

Ship in 2–3 weeks

Built on your accounts. Policy draft + runbook + live walkthrough.

Yes / no on Ops

If it works, move to Managed AI Ops (~$6.5k/mo typical). Either way, you keep your accounts and the runbooks.

Always: A signed data agreement · privacy-minded setup where the tools allow it · a human checks anything that goes to customers · only the access we need. You own every account. We never take sole control of your tools or passwords.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Is our data safe? Will it train someone else’s model?

We work inside your business accounts wherever we can, with a signed data agreement and privacy settings vendors support. Tight access. A person reviews anything customer-facing. We nail the details in week one of the Sprint.

Do you replace our IT company?

No. They keep handling devices, identity, and day-to-day IT. We make AI useful for sales, ops, and delivery — and keep it maintained.

Are you remote? Who do we talk to?

Yes — remote, for US firms. Slack or Teams during US business hours, plus scheduled reviews. A named person on your account — not a revolving freelance queue.

How do we know it’s working?

In week one of the Sprint we set simple targets for your bottleneck — for example: first live workflow within about 20 business days, less time digging for answers, or faster first replies and cleaner CRM on the pipeline we scope. We don’t invent customer logos or made-up success rates. Having a named owner, a runbook, and monitoring is part of the win.

What if we already have ChatGPT, automations, or a freelancer?

That’s normal. The gap is ownership: someone who keeps it working, watches cost and quality, and has a backlog. We don’t ask you to throw tools away. You keep the accounts.

What’s not included?

Replacing your IT company · round-the-clock human coverage · advanced data-science projects in the Sprint · unlimited new workflows beyond your plan · building a product for you to resell.

Ready for one workflow that actually helps — not another unused subscription?
